Accurate is more precise but slower. Fast finishes sooner and uses less CPU when many screenshots arrive.
OCR concurrent jobs:
Higher values clear the queue faster but use more CPU and memory. Range is 1–5. Default is 2.

Quick Picker paste for
OCR images:
OCR images:
Applies when the image has recognized text. Choose the modifier under Shortcuts.
Alternate paste modifier:
Hold ⌥ Option in the Quick Picker to paste the alternate for OCR images (text↔image per Screenshots settings), plain text for formatted copies, and image pixels for a single-image snippet attachment (Return pastes as a file).
